As we head into the summer of 2009, President Obama is making progress in putting together his homeland security team. At this point, he has nominated and the Senate has confirmed Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, Deputy Secretary Jane Holl Lute, FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate and Deputy FEMA Administrator for the National Preparedness Directorate Tim Manning. The IAFC was proud to support all of these highly qualified nominees.
