Where the Fire & EMS Services Meets Technology

Real learning that you bring back home

TSI isn’t your standard expo floor experience. The leading technology partners are here, but the real value comes from sessions where you can dig in with hands-on, face-to-face, and problem-focused experiences. This is your chance to test tools, question experts, and explore opportunities and challenges with the brightest minds in the fire service. What you take home won’t be brochures or buzzwords; it will be ideas, strategies, and connections you can put to work in your department the next day.

At TSI, the goal is simple:

Technology that actually works on the frontlines.

This isn’t theory or sales talk. It’s about departments' tools and strategies to solve problems, improve safety, and make better calls under pressure. From December 9–11 in Irving, Texas, you’ll be part of an immersive experience built with and for first responders; designed to dig into challenges, push past the buzzwords, and focus on what truly matters in the field.

Is Technology Ruining Our Future Fire Department Leaders?

This session goes straight to the real question: is tech making your next generation of fire service leaders stronger or just more distracted? We look at how digital tools can help if used right, but also how they can damage morale, break trust, and create a gap between the crews on the ground and the people calling the shots.

"Agent AI" for the Fire Service

This workshop is a presentation style AI agent build session using Microsoft’s Copilot tools, with zero code. We will discuss the scope of a real mission, connect to only approved department content, set simple rules, and put our agent to the test in practical scenarios. You will see where quick AI agents beat generic chat by handling requests, producing first draft reports, pulling policies, and sending the job to a human when it gets complex.

CTRL/ALT/Delete Rebooting the Fire Service Mindset

We can’t download innovation; we have to earn it. This talk challenges traditional fire service thinking and explores how to break out of the “we’ve always done it this way” trap. Expect blunt truths, real examples, and a call to action for every leader in the room to rethink what progress actually looks like.
