It's designed for individuals from underrepresented identity groups and those dedicated to advancing DEIB. As a Fellow, you'll engage in a transformative 18-month program that includes education, mentoring, and volunteer service. Expect to amplify your leadership skills and impact.
- Drive DEIB Change: If you're passionate about shaping the future of DEIB in the fire service, iDELP is your platform. We're looking for mid-level leaders who can create, develop, and promote DEIB resources within the IAFC and their organizations.
