Expo Hours Tuesday, December 4, 2018 7 AM- 4 PM & 5- 7 PM
Expo Hours Wednesday, December 5, 2018 7 AM - 4 PM
Exhibitor Move Out Wednesday, December 5, 2018 4 - 9 PM
* Exhibitor Access begins at 6 AM on Tuesday and Wednesday

Booth Information

Your booth package includes the following items:

  • 8' back drape and 3' side drape (navy blue)
  • (1) 6'x30" skirted table (white)
  • (2) side chairs
  • (1) wastebasket
  • (1) booth ID sign
  • Existing facility carpet

BlueChip Expo will handle all of your furniture and shipping needs and The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort will handle all of your wifi, audio visual, and electricity needs for your booth.  Visit the Exhibitor Service Manual linked below to order any additional items you will need for AHIMTA.

Important Updates

Please note that security services are not provided for this event.  The ballroom will be closed and locked at night and general hotel security will be provided, but please take precaution not to leave valuable items in your booth overnight.  Neither the Westin, AHIMTA, nor IAFC are responsible for lost or stolen items.
