By authority of the provisions of IAFC’s bylaws, Section 1, Subsection 5 (“Technical Amendments”), the Constitution, Bylaws and Resolutions Committee on December 1 unanimously approved proposed technical amendments to the IAFC Constitution and Bylaws. These amendments concern officer conflict of interest (Article III, Section 2, B), officer impairment (Article III, Section 3, B, 1 and 2), and vacancies (Article V, Section 5, D).
On December 14, the IAFC Board of Directors concurred with the CBR Committee’s recommendation and unanimously approved the technical amendments as presented.
