FEMA Announces $648 Million for FY2025 Fire Grant Programs

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and FEMA have announced the availability of $648 million in funding through the FY 2025 fire grant programs, including:

  • Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG)
  • SAFER Grants
  • Fire Prevention & Safety (FP&S) Grants

These critical funding opportunities help departments secure equipment, staffing, training, and prevention resources that strengthen operational readiness and community safety.
