Fairfax, Va., July 7, 2008... A subcommittee of the IAFC Elections Committee observed the election company's tabulation process on Monday, July 7, 2008, and has determined the unofficial results of this year's election.

Fire Chief Jack Parow of the Chelmsford Fire Department (Massachusetts) received the highest number of votes for the IAFC second vice president position. A total of 3,117 IAFC members voted to elect a new second vice president.
