Leanne Siri is a civilian executive officer who’s responsible for long- and short-range strategic planning; performance management of the department and the performance measurement of bureaus and individuals fall under her auspices as well. She came out of the private sector to give back to the fire service that saved her 20-year-old son’s life.|
