Retention and Recruitment Award

The Retention and Recruitment Award, sponsored by VFIS and VCOS, recognizes success and excellence in the retention and recruitment of emergency service organization members. The award is presented to a department that has demonstrated positive results through a comprehensive approach to retaining and recruiting members.
