The Retention and Recruitment Award recognizes success and excellence in the retention and recruitment of emergency service organization members.
Award Criteria: The award is presented to a department that has demonstrated positive results to a comprehensive approach to retaining and recruiting members. You do NOT need to be an IAFC-VCOS member to apply. Only fire & emergency services organizations can apply for this award.
