Retention and Recruitment Award

VFIS pioneered specialized insurance coverage

The Recruitment and Retention Award recognizes success and excellence in the retention and recruitment of emergency service organization members. 

Award Criteria: The award is presented to a department that has demonstrated positive results to a comprehensive approach to retaining and recruiting members. You do NOT need to be an IAFC-VCOS member to apply. Only fire & emergency services organizations can apply for this award.

The application period for 2018 is closed. The winner will be notified at the beginning of September.

The comprehensive nature of the department's recruitment and retention program will be evaluated during the judging process.
