Indiana Volunteer Workforce Solutions presents a 3 hour online course for volunteer fire officers to learn how to lead and develop volunteers within their departments . The course is divided into micro-learning events (10-15 minutes/each) created to provide volunteers with valuable training from experienced subject matter experts who manage successful fire services.
This course will:
