The International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC), in partnership with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), developed the Hazmat Teams and Training Toolkit to support hazmat planning operations.

The Hazmat Teams and Training Toolkit is designed to provide data-driven intelligence on Hazmat safety for emergency responders nationwide. Data is collected and visualized to support critical decisions.
