Eddie Buchanan, Assistant Chief, Hanover Fire-EMS
Eddie Buchanan began his fire service career in 1982 and serves as Assistant Chief with Hanover Fire-EMS in Richmond, VA.  He is a past president of the International Society of Fire Service Instructors and recipient of the 2015 George D. Post, Instructor of the Year Award.  He is a past VCOS Board Member and long-standing member of the Symposium in the Sun Planning Team.

Kevin D Hardwick, OFE/OFC, Glendale Fire Department – Fire Chief
Fire chief in a suburban combination fire department, volunteer/career, since 2013, an ISO Class 2 department. Total of 45 years in fire service, retired from the Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky International Airport FD. Aggressively pursuing best practices and strategies for reducing cancer in the fire service to better protect our firefighters of today and tomorrow.
