IAFC Board of Directors Approves Technical Amendment

By authority of the provisions of IAFC’s Bylaws, Section 1, Subsection 5 (“Technical Amendments”), the Constitution, Bylaws and Resolutions Committee (CBR Committee) on February 21, unanimously approved a technical amendment to the IAFC Constitution and Bylaws to reflect the 2019 dues adjustment approved by the IAFC Board of Directors in December 2018. (Bylaws Section 1. Dues).

On March 26, the IAFC Board of Directors concurred with the CBR Committee’s recommendation and unanimously approved the technical amendment as presented.
