FLSS Chair Greg Rogers observed, “Jeff has been a long time participant in fire, building and residential code development. Over his long career he has championed new code requirements that address a number of key fire safety and enforcement concerns. Perhaps the highlight of his code development career was his leading a fire service coalition that got residential sprinklers adopted into the International Residential Code.
