The Indiana SAFER grant is building both online and in-person educational training to develop the Volunteer Fire Officer. This 3 hour online training consists of 19 micro-sessions with topics including: mission, strategy, positional influence, time management, coaching, recruiting, performance expectations and performance factors.
*Note: This course is a prerequisite for the two day instructor-led training.
