USFA/IAFC Webinar on Public COVID-19 Vaccination Campaigns

The U.S. Fire Administration and the IAFC are hosting a webinar about fire department participation in public COVID-19 vaccination campaigns. As local jurisdictions begin to roll out vaccination efforts, some local fire departments have been asked to participate.

This webinar will provide information on the Orange County (California) Fire Authority's efforts and its participation in a county vaccination program. The program also will address how fire departments can be reimbursed for their expenses and staff time through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Public Assistance program.
