The goal of this course is for first responders to develop an awareness of the basic tenets and challenges of mutual aid.

Objectives:

• To provide guidelines in being a good host and a good guest
• To provide an overview of documentation, resources, and response operations
• To create a framework for safe and effective mutual aid operations
