Platform

Unity. Progress. Purpose.

As Second Vice President, I will be a voice for all members—rural, urban, volunteer, and career. Our strength lies in unity. When sections, divisions, and committees work together, we amplify our impact and elevate the entire fire service.

I’ve led through change, made tough calls, and balanced tradition with progress. I know the weight of decisions around staffing, funding, recruitment, and community expectations. That’s why I’ll lead by listening first, learning from all, and acting with integrity.

Commitment to Our Strategic Plan

The IAFC Strategic Plan guides us. It must remain our focus—not overshadowed by individual agendas. I’ll ensure we stay mission-driven while adapting to meet new challenges. We will:

  • Engage and support all members
  • Grow leadership at every level
  • Advocate for critical funding and policy
  • Use data and technology to strengthen our work
Stronger Together

Partnerships are key—across sectors, borders, and organizations. I’ll build relationships that expand our influence and bring lasting value to our members.

A Leader Who Advocates and Acts

Above all, I believe in action. I will be a responsive, visible leader who champions what matters most: safety, health and wellness, leadership, access to resources, and support for every member. Grow with Unity. Progress Together. Lead with Purpose.
