Session information:
CRM is often described as a force multiplier: a way to use all available resources to reduce error, improve safety, and strengthen team performance. This month we explore where CRM came from, how it found its way into the fire service, and what effective CRM actually looks like in practice. Our three guests share lessons learned, success stories, and honest conversations about communication, situational awareness, leadership, and speaking up.
Whether you’re riding the front seat, the back step, or sitting in the chief’s office, this conversation is for you.
Logistics:
The 90-minute session will be held via Zoom on Thursday, March 19, beginning at 11:00 AM ET. There will be roughly 60-minutes of focused discussion, led by our guest speakers, followed by Q&A with session participants.
Registrants will receive a calendar invite with the join information within 24 hours of registering and no later than 10 AM on March 19. Please provide a valid email address so you can be contacted.
If the email address you submit includes any typos or an invalid domain, you may not receive the calendar appointment/join information for this session. Check your entry carefully as we cannot gaurantee we will be able to correct any errors.
