Cardiac events remain the leading cause of firefighter line-of-duty deaths, often with warning signs that go unnoticed or unreported. This session will explore firefighter-specific early warning signs, occupational risk factors, and practical prevention strategies to help firefighters recognize when something isn’t right...before it becomes an emergency. Bring your burning questions and join the conversation on how personal awareness, peer support, and culture can help save lives.

You do not need to be a member of the IAFC and/or the SHS Section to join this session. Everyone is welcome.
