With the recent mass shooting/active shooter incidents it is important that first responders and planners are aware of these incidents and how to respond to them. Regardless of where you work, you and your agency will likely face the challenge of responding to incidents that may include acts of large scale violence towards civilians and acts of violence towards responders.
