The Building a Collaborative Team course is for combination departments or volunteer departments that are getting ready to take on paid personnel. The class gives students the tools to form stronger relationships between volunteer and career staff in the fire station.
The course focuses on the relationships between volunteer and career staff in the fire station. There is no lecture or presentations, only group exercises, role playing, and in-depth discussions.
