These Digital Tools Will Make You A More Efficient Fire/EMS Leader

I spend a lot of time searching for the perfect assortment of digital tools to be more efficient at everyday tasks.

I also spend a lot of time reading member surveys and talking to fire/EMS leaders about the many challenges they face, where efficiencies are much-needed.

So, naturally, I decided to round up some favorites to share that might help some of you gain a few minutes back in the day, to deal with other, more pressing issues.

The first version of this in the form of a webinar several months ago. Then it transformed into a presentation I gave at Fire-Rescue International in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since it's received such a positive response, it was suggested we share the presentation here. Hope you enjoy it:

(Note: Most of the tools are free, or have free versions that are almost as good as the paid subscription options)

What tools are missing from this list?

What tasks or processes would you like to perform more efficiently that a digital tool may help with?

Send me a quick note at with those answers, and I'll share a compiled list with you in another post in the near future.
