I spend a lot of time searching for the perfect assortment of digital tools to be more efficient at everyday tasks.
I also spend a lot of time reading member surveys and talking to fire/EMS leaders about the many challenges they face, where efficiencies are much-needed.
So, naturally, I decided to round up some favorites to share that might help some of you gain a few minutes back in the day, to deal with other, more pressing issues.
The first version of this in the form of a webinar several months ago. Then it transformed into a presentation I gave at Fire-Rescue International in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since it's received such a positive response, it was suggested we share the presentation here. Hope you enjoy it:
