FRI Registration Information

On Tuesday, June 23, all currently registered All-Access attendees will be emailed a request from our registration company, Experient, to select from three options regarding their current registration funds. As this email will be sent from a third-party, please check your spam mail.

  1. Transfer your current registration to FRI 2021, scheduled for July 28-30, 2021 in Charlotte, NC.
  2. Donate your funds to the IAFC, a non-profit 501c3 corporation,  to allow the IAFC to continue to support fire and EMS leaders and the communities that they serve.
  3. Refund your full amount.

Please allow up to 90 days for your refund to be processed.

If you registered as a speaker, Expo Only or booth staff, the IAFC will cancel those registrations automatically.

Hotel Reservations

We have canceled all reservations made through Experient (IAFC's housing provider). If you booked through any other company, website, or travel app, you will need to contact that company directly to cancel your arrangements and to determine if you will be charged any kind of cancellation fee.

Booth and Sponsorship Information 

All currently registered exhibitors will have four options regarding their existing exhibitor funds:

  1. Showcase your services and products and capture maximum global leads by exhibiting in the FRI Virtual Marketplace. Improve conversions by engaging with prospects via powerful chat tools, searchable categories, and sharing digital rich collateral. There will be several ways to participate in the Virtual Marketplace, at different investment levels. Any monies not applied to the Virtual Marketplace can either be deferred to FRI 2021 or refunded.  
  2. Defer your current booth fees to FRI 2021, scheduled for July 28-30 in Charlotte, NC.  
  3. Donate your current booth fees to support the IAFC. The IAFC is a non-profit 501c3 corporation. Your donation will support fire and EMS leaders and the communities that they serve.  
  4. Receive a full refund.

Discrimination & Harassment Policy

The International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) has zero-tolerance for discrimination and all forms of harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment. This zero-tolerance policy means that no form of discriminatory or harassing conduct by or toward any IAFC member, exhibitor, presenter, attendee or staff member will be tolerated.

The IAFC is committed to enforcing its policy at all levels within the association and at any IAFC meeting. Any person who engages in discrimination or harassment will be subject to discipline and possible removal from a conference premises. If you feel that you have been harassed by any person(s), immediately contact the IAFC at 703-273-0911 or admin@iafc.org or, if on location at an IAFC conference, go to the registration desk and ask to speak to the onsite conference manager.
